Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Under Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. You are responsible for the diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at altair@spineglowcharge.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Items must be returned to our address at Pasilan Puistotie 8 liiketila 3, 00240 Helsinki, Finland. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be processed to your original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, goods that are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed, and goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. Graded sealed games and limited edition items may have specific return conditions specified at purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Under Finnish law, you have the right to demand repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the contract. We will arrange for appropriate remedy, including covering return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Consumer Disputes

If you have a complaint that we cannot resolve, you can contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariita) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
